Lead Technician

  • On-site problem solver
  • Making our customers feel special
  • Management of projects and 1-2 field techs
  • Making leadership decisions within the company
  • Contributions to executive team and field teams
  • Oversight of several jobs
  • Communicating with field techs on their assigned jobs for the day
  • Custom bid skill and knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to multi-task when necessary – able to manage several projects at a time
  • Managerial skills (previous experienced preferred)
  • Have own basic set of tools (and knowledge of how to use!)
  • Must have Colorado Drivers License
  • Salary plus profit share option
  • Minimum 8 years in plumbing/heating trade and 3 years in management

Field Technician

  • Knowledge to complete a plumbing/heating job without assistance
  • Creating AMAZING customer service (smiles and hugs!) our field techs are the linchpins for the continued growth of our business and that all begins with amazing hospitality and service
  • Onsite leader with high skillset for residential and commercial service calls & installs
  • Ability to work with and mentor an apprentice
  • Handle anything from simple repairs to major overhauls
  • EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience (3-5 years)
  • Clean driving record and background record
  • Licensed plumber in the state of Colorado
  • Full set of plumber hand tools
  • Sales Skills
  • Full Time
  • $25/hr + commission DOE
  • Minimum 3 years in the field plumbing and heating
